Production Operator (Switchgear)

Responsibility:

• Conduct housekeeping, landscaping works and disposal of rubbish.
• Arrange products packing and preservation.
• Pack the finished products through materials handling procedures and as per the approved packaging and preservation specifications.
• Arrange and stock up packaging materials like plastic sheets, wrapping paper, boxes, cartons, and labels, ink, and glue etc.
• Help others rework parts and product loading in progress.
• Assist Production Supervisor (PS) in-process Assembly work, finished and rejected materials and product parts arrangement.
• Assist Production Executive (PE) in ensuring quality and conformity of packaged products according to the standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance works for infrastructure (building).
• Undertake any or all other duties and responsibilities as so set by Production Executive or MD or BOD.

Requirements:

• Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics in a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience as production operator for switchgear, control panels, or power distribution systems related field. Candidates with supervisory level are preferred.
• Familiar with ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of LV/MV switchgear, distribution boards, MCCs, and protection relays.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, GA drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong coordination abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Willing to travel when required.
