- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding production activities.
- Identify and report operational issues, discrepancies or opportunities for improvement.
- Gradually take on additional responsibilities in production coordination and team support as experience develops.
Requirements
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, food processing, warehousing or a similar environment would be advantageous.
- Good organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and confidence maintaining records and documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to undertake hands-on production duties, including handling meat and animal by-products.
- A proactive attitude and an interest in progressing into a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Basic working English.
- Russian language skills are highly desirable but not essential.
- Legal right to work in Ireland.
