Production Operator/ Teflon Coating

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

• Visual Checking of plastic molded parts, and metal molds.
• Preparation of chemical for coating process.
• Coating process of plastic molded parts, and metal molds
• Set-up of coating machine, blasting machine and industrial oven.
• Operates blasting machine
• Cleaning and maintenance of machines.
• Inventory of consumables and chemicals
• Packaging of finished goods.
• Maintain 5S in working area
• Reports any abnormality encountered in operation.

Qualifications:

• High School or Vocational Graduate
• Experience in spray coating, painting or surface finishing is an advantage
• Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledgeable in safety procedures and proper PPE usage.
• Willing to work overtime when required

Pay: Php11,666.67 - Php20,000.00 per month
