Production Operator (Temperature Sensor & Cable Assembly)

About Us

Guilcor Industry Ltd. is the new Thai subsidiary of Guilcor Group (France), a manufacturer of industrial temperature sensors and probes (Pt100/RTD, thermocouples, thermistors) supplying customers in Europe and worldwide. We are opening our new factory in Bangkok and are building our first production team.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare wires and cables: cutting, stripping, tinning and marking.

• Assembly manufacturing temperature sensors: crimping, soldering, potting, heat shrink and labelling, following Work Instructions.

• Operate electrical test stations (continuity, resistance, insulation, hipot) and segregate NG parts.

• Perform self-checks, submit first pieces to In-Process QC, and record production data.

• Pack finished products according to packing instructions.

• Record work orders and quantities in our ERP system (Odoo).

• Follow safety rules and keep the workstation clean (5S).

Qualifications

• Diploma / High Vocational Certificate (ปวส.) in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology or a related field.

• 2 years in electronic, cable or wire harness production preferred. New ปวส. graduates are welcome; full training provided.

• Understanding of basic electrical concepts (resistance, continuity, insulation, short / open circuit) and use of a multimeter.

• Good eyesight, able to distinguish wire colors, and good hand skills for small parts.

• Careful, patient and able to follow instructions.

• Able to read basic English part numbers and labels.

Strong Advantage

• Experience in wire harness manufacturing, especially assembly manufacturing operation to temperature sensors or wires.

• Understanding of harness quality concerns: poor crimp, damaged insulation, mis-wiring, open/short circuit, false pass/fail, NG segregation.

• Experience with wire cutting / stripping machines or crimping presses.

• Hand soldering skills; knowledge of temperature sensors (Pt100, thermocouples, NTC) are advantage

• Experience in an ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 factory.
