Position Overview:

We are seeking a Production Operator - Thermal Sprayer to join our Lincoln Operations Team.

Main duties:

• As an experienced sprayer you will be in charge of the application of slurry spray coatings to various components, in accordance to customer specifications and to Company standard operating procedures and instructions
• You will need to report equipment faults
• Further the finishing of components post coating is part of this role
• You will prepare components prior to coating in addition to the application of coatings
• You will be in charge of cleaning and maintaining work area and equipment
• In addition you will operate a wide range of production equipment

Key candidate requirements:

• You own extensive experience as a spraying operator and able to adjust spraying techniques to various conditions
• Further you are able to assess the quality of product presented for the suitable application of coating
• You have the attitude to make decisions and develop solutions to non-routine issue or problems
• You are able to work on your own initiative, independently and with limited supervision
• In addition you are able to work efficiently and methodically

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
