Requirements:

• Masks proper components for painting.

• Primes and paints engines and parts thoroughly using a spray gun.

• Responsible for the startup/shut down of the ventilation and painting equipment.

• Properly flushes out paint lines when needed.

• Disposes of all filters on a daily basis. Filters are not to be left in the building.

• Must properly wear and maintain PPE provided by the company which includes a half pace piece respirator.

• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum two (2) years experience painting components in a production environment.

• Must be able to operate ventilation equipment and painting equipment.

• Must be familiar with MSDS and NIOSH regulations.

• Constant noise from machinery and tools; standing consistently in the paint booth.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

• Must be able to wear a half piece respirator and be clean shaven to assure of proper seal on respirator. Other PPE required is a Tyvek suit, head sock, gloves and safety glasses.

Starting rate of pay is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. All hourly employees are eligible for a $40 weekly attendance bonus for meeting the work schedule. Regular shift is Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm with overtime worked on Friday as needed. All employees must pass a drug screen and criminal background check prior to employment.
