What You’ll Receive

A dedicated team supporting every transaction. As a Production Partner, you’ll collaborate with a Real Estate Advisor on buyer and seller transactions instead of managing each deal independently. Specialized team members—including a Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Manager—will provide operational support, allowing you to focus on client relationships, showings, listing appointments, and developing your real estate expertise.

Personalized mentorship and practical coaching. Each Production Partner is matched with a Real Estate Advisor who is committed to helping them succeed. You’ll receive weekly coaching, continuous training, and 24/7 access to the team for guidance, encouragement, troubleshooting, and celebrating wins.

Lead generation and marketing resources from the start. Our lead-generation platform includes sphere outreach, open houses, prospecting, listing opportunities, and online inquiries. You’ll also use tools such as Brivity CRM, Mojo, Canva Pro, and our Touch Program to build and maintain relationships. Through proven systems, training, and ongoing support, we’ll help you develop effective prospecting habits.

A benefits package built to deliver real value. Your resources will include transaction and marketing support, coaching, lead-generation tools, performance tracking, and more—representing a total annual benefits value of more than $71,900.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
