Production Partner

Summary Join the Nickle Team as a Production Partner , a commission-based real estate sales role designed for licensed agents who want to build production within a structured team environment.

You will receive access to proven systems, coaching, training, technology, lead opportunities, mentorship, and accountability while developing the skills necessary to grow into a high-producing real estate professional.

This is not a passive lead-receiving position. Success requires consistent prospecting, participation in team training and accountability, strong follow-up, and a willingness to follow the team's proven models and systems.

This is a commission-based position. Earnings are based on individual production and are not guaranteed. Responsibilities

• Complete required Nickle Team and PLACE onboarding and training, including PLACE New Agent Launch when applicable
• Conduct buyer consultations and property showings as assigned and appropriate
• Identify and refine client needs through consistent communication and detailed showing feedback
• Prepare and negotiate offers under team and brokerage standards
• Prospect and lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Respond promptly to assigned lead opportunities and maintain consistent follow-up
• Participate in required team meetings, script practice, training, coaching, and Partner Calls
• Maintain accurate client communication, tasks, notes, and activities within team technology and CRM systems
• Meet established team activity and accountability standards
• Build and maintain a personal pipeline in addition to team-provided opportunities

Qualifications You are looking to build a real estate career , not simply hang your license with a brokerage. You are coachable, accountable, comfortable speaking with prospective clients, and willing to consistently perform the activities required to generate business.

• Active California real estate salesperson or broker license
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable and learning-based
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in an accountability-driven environment
• Willing to prospect consistently and follow team systems
• Comfortable driving throughout the team's service area for appointments and showings
• Able to analyze client needs and identify appropriate properties
• Organized and able to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and follow-up activities
• Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
• High school diploma or equivalent
