Production Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise batch manufacturing, filling, labelling, and packaging processes.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory standards.
• Review batch records, certificates of analysis, and other production documentation.
• Investigate production deviations, discrepancies, and product complaints.
• Train production staff on operational procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate production, quality control, and compliance records.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Research and Development, and Regulatory Affairs teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree.
• Minimum of 3year of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or industrial manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of GMP, production processes, and pharmaceutical quality standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
