生产计划员 Production Planner

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、负责制造T+3计划的排产 2、负责MES工序订单导入、拆分、下达 3、负责临时计划下发 4、负责技术通知、更改单、ERP流程执行 5、负责产线计划日常异常处理及跟踪（巡线） 6、负责MES系统流程梳理优化 岗位要求： 1、2027届本科及以上学历，机械相关专业； 2、具备一定组织协调能力；掌握机械设计、机械原理等相关知识； 3、具有较强的抗压能力，有相关项目经验优先； 4、具体较好的沟通，协作能力。 Job Responsibilities Responsible for T+3 production scheduling for manufacturing. Complete the import, splitting and release of MES process orders. Issue and arrange temporary production plans. Execute technical notifications, engineering change orders and ERP system workflows. Handle and follow up daily production abnormalities on the production line through regular line patrols. Sort out and optimize the operational processes of the MES system. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, expected graduation in 2027, majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Possess basic organizational and coordination abilities, with solid knowledge of mechanical design and mechanical principles. Strong ability to work under pressure; relevant project experience is preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
