Production planner

• Oversee the integration of supply chain activities, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality. 2. Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks. 3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize mass production supply and material flow under capacity constraints. 4. Ensure on-time delivery of materials and components to support product verification, qualification, and mass production. 5. Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure product manufacturability. 6. Continuously monitor and improve supply chain performance metrics.

Main Requirements and Qualifications

• Required Qualifications
• 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.
• 2. Highly motivated, with proven experience in supply chain integration and cross-functional collaboration.
• 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5. Experience managing and driving high-performing teams.
• 6. In-depth understanding of supply chain and lean manufacturing principles.
• 7. At least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in wafer fabrication, advanced packaging, or related manufacturing environments.
• Preferred Qualifications
• 1. Experience in ASIC production planning for TPU, AI Cloud, Data Center, Enterprise Security, Automotive, or related applications.
• 2. Experience with advanced packaging production flows, such as CoWoS, InFO, or similar technologies.
• 3. Experience with semiconductor backend manufacturing processes and production operations.
