About the Scope

Professionals in charge of ensuring that all materials and materials required for production go into the right place exactly when they should and work closely with production controller to ensure everything runs smoothly without any hiccups along the way

About the role – you will

• To lead production team for fulfill customer demand in timely manner with optimum level of inventory.
• Integrate resource availability to provide reasonable daily production loading plan for production department.
• Communicate clearly with business partners both internal and external on all relevance topics (demand, supply, issues, solution, proposal, etc.… )
• Manage stock/inventory, MOQ, order point for smooth production with optimum level of inventory and less scrap impacts from end of life
• Coordinate with HQ planning team and supplier to ensure materials are delivered in right quantity, in time, and matching with production plan with optimum level of inventory and less scrap impacts from end of life
• Work with procurement to arrange material purchasing request and/or purchasing order according to manufacturing operation requirement for auxiliary materials and indirect materials.
• Ensure production run smoothly without resources shortage by maintaining optimum level of inventory and with cost efficient.
• Coordination between Import/Export team, HQ Logistic/Planning, Supplier, to ensure shipments to customer requirement
• Support company initiatives in fine tuning of business process and system implementation.

Your Experience includes (Qualification)

• Bachelor’s degree in Material engineering, Logistics management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of work experience with production planning, material control in Semiconductor or microelectronics products.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP / MRP /SAP systems
