Production Planner

Roles And Responsibilities:

1. Support office 5S implementation.
2. Attendance to work is a must. Any absenteeism required either leave application (written) or, medical leave approved by doctorExecute work according customer purchase order
3. Fulfilling customer require date and plan with production accordingly.
4. Comply to all instruction and direction from management.
5. Helping on purchasing activities when needed.
6. Helping daily shipment documentation DO/Invoice when needed.
7. Liaises with sales person to determine customer requirements.
8. Liaises with Production Supervisor on production resources arrangement.
9. Develops a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet customer request date to fulfil on time delivery.
10. Liaises with admin, suppliers to ensure all work, materials, and machinery will be available when required.
11. Monitors parts progress to ensure it's following the schedule.
12. Open job traveller after received customer PO
13. Shared necessary report(s) with director/related department by monthly basic.
