We remain dedicated to the company's mission of providing the best GSE and customer service possible. We are seeking new team members who share our core values and vision: building a team of people dedicated to our purpose who strive for excellence in performance!

The AERO Specialties Production Planner works with the Production Manager to ensure the proper execution of all production documentation and MRP system entries. This includes ensuring that bills of material are accurate, preparing and releasing work orders, ensuring that all materials are issued to the production orders in a timely fashion, and that the production orders are completed on time. This position is responsible for production-related communication flow inside and outside the company.

  • To drive to improve the business and its processes by seeking efficiency in all activities.
  • A commitment to be your best self - everyday; to taking responsibility for your actions; to taking a positive approach towards your coworkers, our challenges and our failures; to pushing yourself and your coworkers for results.

We strive for success but sometimes we miss. When we do, we expect everyone to pull together, to get back up and to push forward again - together.

And someone who can:

  • Supervise and drive the regular workflow and tasks of our production plans
  • Ensure accuracy of all production related documents and proper data input to the MRP
  • Update production schedule daily to communicate when deliverables will be completed
  • Maintain estimated material lists and bills of material to ensure all materials are issued and production orders are closed in a timely fashion
  • Ensure accurate data entry in the MRP system and provide support to others when needed
  • Ensure production paperwork is created, processed, and compliant with internal and external requirements
  • Coordinate with other departments/customers to ensure there are no barriers to meeting deliverables
