What they need
· Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer requirements and production capacity.
· Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary.
· Coordinate with Warehouse and Purchasing regarding material availability.
· Ensure timely issuance of production plans and work orders.
· Analyze production capacity, manpower, and machine utilization.
· Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
· Prepare production reports, shortage reports, and schedule monitoring updates.
· Coordinate with different departments regarding production priorities and delivery schedules.
· Assist in minimizing production delays and material shortages.
· Support continuous improvement activities related to production planning and efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-With 1 year of experience in production planning/PMC-related work in the injection molding industry.
-Proficient in MS Excel
