Summary UST is seeking a Primary Planner to drive material planning, MRP execution, inventory control, and production readiness. The role requires close collaboration with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure on-time material availability, planning accuracy, and operational excellence.

Job Description

• Execute MRP and manage production orders to support manufacturing schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and material availability.
• Perform demand-supply reconciliation and resolve planning discrepancies.
• Analyze capacity, lead times and shop floor performance to improve execution.
• Drive rework, scrap reduction, and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate shortages and supply chain risks.
• Lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support ECO/ECR implementation and manage material impacts resulting from engineering changes.
• Knowledge on Team Center & Core+

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, inventory management, and capacity planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance teams.
