PRODUCTION PLANNER

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities from receipt of raw materials through to finished product packaging.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet targets in quantity, quality and delivery deadlines.
• Collaborate with procurement, quality assurance and warehouse teams to ensure raw material availability and proper inventory handling.
• Oversee production processes and implement improvements to boost efficiency, reduce waste and enhance output.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company quality standards across all production stages.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs and performance reports.
• Support training and supervision of production staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Address production issues promptly to maintain continuous operation.

Requirements

• Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning in a manufacturing or food processing environment, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Good understanding of production workflows, inventory control and food safety standards.
• Strong communication, planning and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with production planning software is a plus.
