Production Planner

We’re Hiring: Production Planner | Food & Beverage Manufacturing

Pure Food Processing Industries L.L.C is looking for an experienced Production Planner to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in food or FMCG production planning and be capable of coordinating production schedules efficiently.

Our company manufactures products such as Tomato Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Sauces, Syrups, and other food condiments, and we are looking for someone who can ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

As a Production Planner some of the key responsibilities of the Employee’s role is as follows:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders, stock requirements, and production capacity.
• Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to the production plan.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, QC, Maintenance, and Sales teams.
• Check availability of raw materials and packaging materials before production.
• Identify material shortages, production constraints, manpower issues, and potential delays in advance.
• Adjust production schedules based on urgent orders, material availability, machine breakdowns, and operational requirements.
• Monitor production targets, batch schedules, downtime, and order completion.
• Maintain accurate production planning records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Support efficient utilization of production capacity and minimize downtime and material wastage.
• Coordinate production schedules considering batch sizes, changeovers, cleaning/CIP requirements, and product priorities.
• Ensure production planning is aligned with food safety and quality requirements.
• Use ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel for production planning and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in production planning, preferably in a food manufacturing or FMCG company.
• Strong understanding of production planning, material planning, inventory, and manufacturing processes.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage changing production priorities.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in sauces, mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, syrups, condiments, or other FMCG/food manufacturing products will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
