Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday 8am-5pm

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Production Planner to oversee our manufacturing schedule. You will take full responsibility for balancing inventory levels, raw material availability, and production capacity to ensure both B2B and e-commerce orders are fulfilled on time without delays.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Production Scheduling: Mastermind and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts, B2B orders, and e-commerce demand.
• Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Coordinate with procurement to ensure raw materials and packaging assets (bottles, boxes, labels) are available before production kicks off.
• Capacity Optimization: Analyze machine capacity and labor hours to maximize manufacturing efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of finished goods and raw materials to maintain optimal inventory cycles and avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner closely with the Sales Administrator, QA/QC Manager, and Warehouse teams to sync order timelines with production reality.
• Reporting: Track production metrics (yield rates, schedule adherence, delays) and report operational efficiency directly to management.

📋 Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling, specifically within a cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing plant.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and manufacturing workflow optimization.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas) and hands-on experience with ERP or planning software (e.g., SAP, Odoo).
• Availability: Fully able to commit to a standard Monday to Saturday operational work schedule.
• Languages: Solid communication skills in Thai, with professional English skills for corporate reporting and software usage.
