Production Planner - 生产部计划员

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.

Resource Planning: Allocate manpower, machinery, and materials to meet production targets.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with procurement, and prevent shortages or excesses.

Workflow Coordination: Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline operations.

Capacity Analysis: Assess production capabilities and recommend adjustments to meet demand fluctuations.

Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of production output, lead times, and efficiency metrics.

Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks, delays, or quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Skills and Qualifications:

Analytical skills: Ability to interpret demand forecasts and production data.

Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple schedules.

Communication skills: Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Technical knowledge: Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems

Problem-solving skills: Quick decision-making to resolve production challenges.

Education: Diploma or degree in supply chain, manufacturing, or related fields.

Experience: Prior work in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles preferred.
