工作职责：

1. 对接主计划，承接需求计划，并转化为车间生产计划输入。

2. 根据需求计划，编制车间各部门/工序产能计划，合理平衡生产负荷。

3. 识别排程瓶颈，制定应急预案，优化物料流转；协助采购部门编制原材料采购计划；协助物流部门核对原材料库存以减少原材料报废。

4. 持续跟踪并汇报项目状态，协调项目进度计划变更。

5. 协调推进采购、工艺、工程等资源，保障生产计划所需物料与信息及时到位。

6. 为班组长及其他职能部门提供计划与执行支持。

7. 与采购部门协调物料交付，跟催到货进度。

8. 持续维护SAP、P6系统中的生产数据，确保数据准确、及时。

9. 每两周跟踪并更新零部件生产问题汇总报告。

10. 打印生产订单，并发布项目零部件采购申请。

11. 通过HySAP系统获取各工序制造信息，与主计划或项目负责人确认工序准确排程日期，与调度员、班组长评估工序剩余工时；据此编制瓶颈工位详细排程，并监控车间实际生产进度。

12. 使用Excel编制、更新并发布车间及各工种瓶颈工位详细计划，开展生产计划工作量与产能分析。

任职要求：

• 理工科相关专业，本科学历

• 3年以上制造行业生产计划或制造相关经验

• 具备基本的英语读写能力

• 熟练使用MS Office办公软件

• 有MES、SAP系统使用经验者优先考虑

• 沟通积极主动，学习能力强，思维敏捷，责任心强，具备良好的承压能力
