Production Planner

We are looking for a Production Planner to join our team.

Your responsibilities

·                    Plan and monitor production capacities, schedules, workflows, material availability, and equipment requirements.

·                    Coordinate order clarification and planning activities with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

·                    Support the introduction of new products, product modifications, transfers, and process improvement initiatives.

·                    Collaborate with Production, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, Maintenance, Engineering, and Development teams.

·                    Evaluate manufacturing feasibility, resource requirements, timelines, costs, and project risks.

·                    Contribute to the development of manufacturing concepts, documentation, equipment planning, and process optimization.

·                    Support the implementation of new technologies, machinery, and production solutions.

·                    Identify potential bottlenecks, deviations, and scheduling risks, and drive effective solutions.

·                    Ensure compliance with company standards, occupational safety regulations, and environmental requirements.

What we're looking for

·        Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing and production processes.

·        Experience in production planning, capacity planning, scheduling, and production control.

·        Ability to analyze workflows, manufacturing documentation, and equipment requirements.

·        Experience or interest in new product introductions, product changes, transfers, and continuous improvement projects.

·        Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·        SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.

·        Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

·        Good English communication skills; German is a plus.

·        Previous experience in a similar position.
