What they need
- Analyze and prepare Production schedule/production instruction based on Customer requirement and production capacity
- Monitor and analyze actual production performance compared to reference standards
- Monitor and control inventory of products, WIP and finished goods
- Monitors production and product status
- Facilitate and monitor engineering changes, mold modification, mold repairs and production trials
- Perform and maintain 5S, Kaizen and other improvement project
- Monitor and analyze machine utilization
- Assist Planning Supervisor and PC Manager in some of their function
- Analyze production trend and recommend improvement items
