Production Planner

Key Responsibilities:

1. 订单接收，开展产能评审，评估现有产线、人员、设备能否满足订单交期与产量要求，输出产能评估结果。
   Receive orders and carry out production capacity assessments to evaluate whether existing production lines, personnel and equipment can meet order delivery deadlines and output requirements; produce capacity assessment reports.
2. 编制、下达生产计划，根据订单变更、物料异常、设备状况及时调整生产计划，同步通知相关部门。
   Draw up and issue production plans; adjust these plans in a timely manner in response to order changes, material anomalies and equipment status, whilst notifying relevant departments simultaneously.
3. 跟踪生产缺料进度，对接仓储、采购，跟进缺料物料到货情况，及时反馈物料风险。
   Monitor the progress of material shortages in production; liaise with warehousing and procurement to track the arrival of missing materials and provide timely feedback on material risks.
4. 组织实施生产作业，统筹协调人员、设备、物料、作业标准、现场环境五大要素，保障产线有序运转。
   Organise and implement production operations, coordinating the five key elements—personnel, equipment, materials, operational standards and the on-site environment—to ensure the orderly operation of production lines.
5. 落实车间安全生产管理，开展现场安全巡查，排查安全隐患，组织安全提醒，防范生产安全事故。
   Implement workplace health and safety management; conduct on-site safety inspections; identify potential hazards; organise safety briefings; and prevent workplace accidents.
6. 推动生产效率提升与产品操作质量改善，收集生产数据，识别瓶颈，组织改善活动，降低损耗、提升产出。
   Drive improvements in production efficiency and product quality; collect production data; identify bottlenecks; organise improvement initiatives; and reduce wastage whilst increasing output.
7. 负责车间原材料、半成品现场管理，管控车间物料存放、流转，防止物料混用、丢失、损坏。
   Be responsible for the on-site management of raw materials and semi-finished products in the workshop; oversee the storage and movement of materials to prevent mix-ups, loss or damage.

Qualifications:

1. 学历：本科及以上，工业工程、生产管理相关专业优先；
   Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management or related disciplines;
2. 经验：制造业生产计划相关工作经验，懂计划排产逻辑；
   Experience: Relevant work experience in production planning within the manufacturing sector; understanding of production scheduling logic;
3. 能力：看得懂生产 BOM，熟悉生产全流程，具备较强沟通协调、问题跟进能力；
   Skills: Ability to interpret production BOMs; familiarity with the entire production process; strong communication, coordination and problem-tracking skills;
4. 语言：印尼语流利，具备中文、英语口语能力优先。
   Languages: Fluent in Indonesian; spoken Chinese and English skills are an advantage.
