Production Planner

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing, poultry processing, or a similar production environment is an advantage.
• Experience in manpower planning, production scheduling, and inventory monitoring is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other production planning or inventory management systems is preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on customer orders, sales forecasts, inventory availability, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Production to establish achievable production schedules.
• Determine required manpower, raw materials, packaging materials, and production resources.
• Monitor actual production against planned targets and identify variances.
• Adjust production schedules when there are changes in customer orders, raw material availability, manpower, or equipment conditions.
• Coordinate with Warehouse regarding inventory availability and material requirements.
• Ensure that production plans align with dispatch schedules and customer delivery commitments.
• Monitor production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks or operational constraints.
• Prepare daily production reports, planning summaries, and performance analyses.
• Maintain accurate records of production plans, actual output, pending orders, and schedule changes.
• Recommend improvements in resource utilization, production efficiency, and scheduling.
• Ensure that production plans consider food safety, product quality, sanitation, and operational requirements.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
