About the role

Neovi Holdings is looking for a Production Planner to build and manage the schedule that keeps our plant running. You'll turn demand and inventory levels into realistic production plans, balance capacity against material availability, and keep operations, purchasing, and sales aligned. You'll be the person who knows what we're making, when, and whether we can hit the date.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory targets
• Run MRP, review its output, and release work orders and purchase requirements on time
• Balance capacity across lines, machines, and labor, and resolve conflicts and bottlenecks before they stall the floor
• Track schedule adherence, WIP, and on-time delivery, and report on them regularly
• Work with purchasing and suppliers to cover material shortages and long lead times
• Coordinate with production supervisors, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams on changeovers, downtime, and priorities
• Handle rush orders, schedule changes, and disruptions, and communicate the impact to sales and customer service
• Keep ERP data accurate, including BOMs, routings, lead times, and inventory records
• Support continuous improvement in planning processes, lead times, and inventory levels

What we're looking for

Required

• 3+ years of production planning, scheduling, or materials planning experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with an ERP/MRP system
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling)
• Solid understanding of BOMs, routings, lead times, lot sizing, and capacity planning
• Clear communication and the confidence to push back when a requested date isn't realistic
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-changing environment

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Experience with repetitive manufacturing
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Kanban, or finite-capacity scheduling tools
