Production Planner Executive

Job Purpose

Responsible for end-to-end production planning and scheduling to ensure manufacturing output meets customer delivery requirements, optimise resource utilisation and material availability while supporting smooth daily production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and revise master production schedules based on customer orders, capacity constraints and material availability.
• Monitor inventory and material requirements, identify material shortages and escalate supply risks to relevant stakeholders proactively.
• Collaborate closely with production floor, warehouse, purchasing and quality teams to resolve bottlenecks and minimize production disruption.
• Track production progress against planned schedule, prepare planning reports and participate in daily production review meetings.
• Ensure all planning activities comply with internal SOP and medical device manufacturing requirements.
• Continuously review planning process to improve on-time delivery performance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Age between 20 – 35 years old.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing and production planning principles.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office (Excel for data analysis & schedule tracking).
• Possess good teamwork skills, independent working capability and fast learning ability.
• Committed to job responsibilities with excellent attendance record.
• Willing to work overtime as required to support production needs.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
