Production Planner - HYBRID (A-OH)

Reporting to the National Planning Manager, the Production Planner plays a critical role in ensuring produce supply and production plans align with customer demand. Working closely with suppliers, operations, sales and planning teams, you will develop production and material schedules, optimise site efficiencies, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Job Details:

• Hybrid Setup - Bridgetowne, Quezon City (max. 3 days onsite per week)

• 5-day rotational schedule

• Shifting Schedule | Manila Time

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain daily production and material plans using ERP systems.

• Develop feasible production schedules that maximise plant efficiency and capacity.

• Manage supply planning activities and coordinate supplier requirements.

• Maintain planning master data, sequencing information and reporting templates.

• Monitor inventory levels and support actions to minimise waste and finished goods write-offs.

• Prepare plans for seasonal events, promotions and demand fluctuations.

• Analyse planning performance, case fill and waste trends, and recommend improvements.

• Prepare and present planning data for operational review meetings when required.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Planning, Operations, Sales and Supply Chain to improve performance outcomes.

• Champion Zero Harm culture and safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing operations, preferably with short shelf-life products.

• Proven production planning and scheduling experience.

• Understanding of supply chain and operational planning principles.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.

• Experience using ERP, planning and scheduling systems.

• APICS qualification or similar (Desirable).

• Business Management qualification or similar (Desirable).

• Experience supporting remote manufacturing sites (Desirable).

• Strong attention to detail and high ethical standards
