What they need
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control (PC), PMC, or PPIC within a manufacturing environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in a team-leading or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, material readiness, capacity planning, order fulfillment, and delivery management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Familiar with SAP/ERP systems and production planning-related transactions/data.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production capacity, material requirements, and production constraints.
- Able to independently manage production planning activities and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Strong leadership, ownership, follow-up, and execution capabilities.
