Department: Production / Planning
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production or related field
Industry: Manufacturing / Fabrication

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Production, Quality and Dispatch teams.
• Check material availability as per BOQ and production requirements.
• Track pending jobs, production progress and delivery schedules.
• Plan manpower, machines and production capacity.
• Maintain production reports, job trackers and MIS.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks and material shortages and take corrective action.
• Ensure production follows approved drawings, BOQ and quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Production Planning & Control.
• Manufacturing/Fabrication process knowledge.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to read drawings and BOQ.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and analytical skills.
• ERP/MRP knowledge will be an advantage.
