Production Planning & Scheduling:-

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and available resources.
• Evaluate work orders and convert them into production schedules.

Material Planning & Inventory Control:-

• Estimate material requirements based on production plans and coordinate with the Purchase and Stores departments.

Capacity Planning & Resource Utilization:-

• Plan and optimize machine capacity, manpower allocation, and production resources.
• Calculate daily, weekly, and monthly production achievement percentages

Production Monitoring & Coordination:-

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.

Reporting & Data Analysis:-

• Prepare and maintain daily production reports, planning reports, order tracking reports, and MIS dashboards.

Continuous Improvement:-

• Support initiatives related to productivity improvement, inventory optimization, lead-time reduction, and cost control.

Requirements & Skills:-

• Basic understanding of Production Planning & Control (PPC), manufacturing processes, and inventory management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis, Dashboards).
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

SALARY : Rs.25000/- TO 35000/- PM
