PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL (PPC) ASSISTANT

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Quality Control, and other departments regarding production requirements.
• Monitor actual production output versus planned production schedules.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation.
• Monitor the availability of raw materials, components, and other production requirements.
• Assist in identifying production delays, shortages, and scheduling issues and report them to the concerned personnel.
• Update production planning files, inventory records, and monitoring reports.
• Assist in preparing work orders, production schedules, and related documents.
• Follow up on pending production orders and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor production progress and provide regular updates to the Production Planning and Control Supervisor.
• Assist in coordinating manpower and machine requirements based on the production schedule.
• Maintain accurate and organized PPC records and files.
• Ensure that production data and reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Support the implementation of production planning procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
