Production Planning and Material Control

Job Descriptions

• Prepare and maintain production plans based on customer requirements, production capacity, and material availability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production operations.
• Monitor production schedules, production progress, material availability, and inventory levels.
• Follow up on production status and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve delays or issues.
• Ensure accurate and consistent data across Planning, Warehouse, and Production Systems.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production planning reports.
• Analyze production and inventory data to support planning and operational decisions.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the Purchasing team to ensure timely material availability.
• Support continuous improvement activities related to production planning, inventory control, and process efficiency.
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively with multiple departments and under pressure.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge or experience with Planning Systems and Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge or experience with SAP / ERP Systems will be highly considered.
• Good command of English is an advantage.

Welfare Allowance

• Working Time : Monday - Friday, Time 08:00 - 05:00 p.m. (Holiday Saturday - Sunday)
• Bonus 2 Time per year : Paid on June 30 and December 30
• TOEIC Score Allowance: Score 600: 1,000 THB, Score 700: 2,000 THB, Score 800: 3,000 THB, Score 900: 4,000 THB
• Attendance Allowance : Month 1 : 600 THB, Month 2 : 700 THB, Month 3 : 800 THB
