Production Planning Assistant

Job Responsibility:

1. Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products

2. Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay

3. Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand

4. Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations

5. Schedule shift according to production needs

6. Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget

7. Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption

8. Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)

9. Prepare and submit status and performance report

10. Keep paperwork organize

11. Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff

12. Manage project timeline

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

1. At least Diploma or Degree in Business Management or equivalent.

2. Able to work independently and experience in maintaining excellent customer relation.

3. Years of Experience: Minimum 1 years.

4. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin.
