Production Planning Associate (Temporary)

Location: Malvar, Batangas

Reporting to: Production Planning and NPD Manager

Duration: 18 months

What You'll Do:

• Develop and optimize short-, mid-, and long-term production plans using SAP/IBP, ensuring service level, capacity feasibility, and efficient line utilization.
• Create detailed daily and weekly production schedules, considering machine capacity, changeovers, resource availability, and operational constraints.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Global MRP teams to address shortages, delays, and planning exceptions.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to support schedule execution, issue resolution, and changing business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements by following safe work practices, reporting incidents and hazards, and participating in required trainings.
• Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the manager.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Planning, Engineering, Quality, or a related function; cross-functional experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in SAP ERP, SAP IBP, SAP Fiori, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Good understanding of supply chain, production planning, and operational processes.
• Basic technical knowledge of manufacturing operations; experience in cigarette production is an advantage.
• FMCG background is an advantage
