What they need
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC), including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, demand planning, inventory management, and material planning
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willing to be based in Mojokerto, East Java.
Job Description :
- Create work plans for production, and warehouse
- Analyze production plans by calculating demand data, production capacity, delivery planning, warehouse capacity, and other things that have a significant impact to ensure production runs on time and in accordance with demand accurately.
- Evaluate, review and establish process standards in the PPIC department so that operations run well and appropriately.
