Moeller Aerospace is seeking a strategic, data-driven Production Planning Manager to lead production scheduling and drive operational excellence in our growing aerospace manufacturing environment. What You'll Do

• Own and manage the master production schedule to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and quality teams to align capacity, materials, and demand.

• Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance.

• Lead planning meetings, communicate priorities, and drive accountability across teams.

• Develop key metrics for schedule adherence, on-time delivery, WIP, and capacity planning.

• Support new product launches, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You would be a perfect fit for this role if you have:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field ✔ 5+ years of production planning experience, ideally in aerospace or complex manufacturing ✔ Strong ERP/MRP systems knowledge (Syteline, SAP, or similar) ✔ Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills ✔ APICS CPIM or PMP certification is a plus

Working Conditions:

• Work is primarily performed in an office or production floor.

• May occasionally work in production work centers where use of protective equipment and gear is required.

• Occasional travel is required.
