Production Planning Manager

Job Summary:
KREA is looking for an experienced Production Planning Manager to manage and coordinate end-to-end production planning and ensure timely delivery of customer orders. The role will be responsible for planning production at project, monthly, weekly, and daily levels, monitoring production progress, identifying potential delays, and coordinating with sales, design, procurement, stores, production, execution, and logistics teams. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate production schedules and providing daily MIS updates to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project-wise production plans with milestones, material requirements, and dispatch timelines.
• Develop monthly production plans based on order book, factory capacity, and delivery priorities.
• Prepare weekly production targets for carpentry, upholstery, polishing, assembly, and finishing.
• Prepare and issue daily production plans and track planned vs. actual production.
• Monitor customer delivery commitments and identify delays or risks in advance, along with recovery plans.
• Prepare daily MIS reports covering production status, delays, bottlenecks, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Sales and Design teams to ensure drawings, finishes, samples, and hardware are finalized before production.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Stores to ensure timely availability of timber, boards, fabric, hardware, finishes, and other materials.
• Plan manpower, materials, and machinery utilization to minimize idle time and production bottlenecks.
• Coordinate dispatch and installation schedules with execution and logistics teams.
• Prepare BOQ, BOM, and cutting lists from technical drawings.
• Support quality control through incoming material checks and stage-wise production inspections.
• Support costing, rate analysis, material consumption, and wastage tracking.
• Develop and maintain production trackers, dashboards, or ERP-based planning systems.
• Continuously improve production planning processes based on project learnings.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• 10 key typing: 5 years (Preferred)
