Production Planning Officer / Production Planner

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and production capacity.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality Control, and Sales departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor production schedules and make adjustments when there are changes in orders, materials, machine availability, or manpower.
• Check availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and other production requirements.
• Monitor production output and identify delays, bottlenecks, and capacity issues.
• Maintain accurate production planning records, reports, and schedules.
• Follow up on production progress and ensure orders are completed according to required delivery dates.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and coordinate material requirements with the Purchasing and Warehouse teams.
• Analyze production data and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and minimize downtime or production losses.
• Perform other production planning and administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or operations; fresh graduates may also be considered depending on company requirements.
• Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
