Requirements What You'll Do

- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple work areas at once
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, comfortable reprioritizing quickly as shop conditions and engineering inputs change
- Hands-on proficiency with ERP, inventory, or scheduling software (NetSuite experience a plus)
- Prior experience supervising or leading a function or team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating across engineering, assembly, and warehouse teams
- A steady, accountable leadership style with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
