What they need
PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Conducting research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing
Establishing safety/work procedures for individuals working processes
Designing and planning equipment layout .
Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production
Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes
Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with Quality, environmental and safety
Experience in plating process, surface treatment, washing, Chromate
Manpower management
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering/Manufacturing
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
Knowledge of IATF16949/ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO22000
Knowledge of QC 7 Tools, 2D CAD drawing
Familiar with Capability analysis reports
Capable to analyze or execute a CAPA report
Use basic measurement equipment( DMM, Caliper, micrometer, etc)
Knowledge of SPC software (Minitab)
