Production Process Executive

Role Summary

The Production Process Executive is responsible for supporting and optimizing manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including Planning, QA, QC, and Warehouse to ensure smooth production execution in accordance with regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Production Coordination & Execution

• Assist in production scheduling and coordinate closely with Planning, QA, QC, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor daily production activities to ensure alignment with production plans and timelines
• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of work assignments, documentation, and operational checklists

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Prepare and analyze production reports, including efficiency, yield, and equipment utilization
• Track and evaluate production performance to identify gaps and improvement opportunities

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all operations comply with GMP, SOPs, CAPA, and regulatory requirements
• Support and lead quality reviews of equipment operations and production outcomes
• Ensure adherence to process standards, safety guidelines, and documentation practices

Process Improvement & Troubleshooting

• Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Participate in root cause analysis and process optimization activities

Training & Capability Development

• Lead and coordinate process training, SOP awareness, and knowledge sharing sessions
• Mentor plant operators to enhance operational competency and compliance awareness

Documentation & SOP Management

• Develop, review, and update SOPs and related documentation
• Ensure proper documentation control and continuous alignment with operational practice

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering (Pharmaceutical) or related field
• Candidates from Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Engineering background are highly preferred, strong understanding of production processes and regulatory compliance requirements
• Basic understanding of GMP, SOP, and regulatory standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a structured and compliance-driven environment
