Production Process Quality Engineer

The Impact You'll Make

As our Production Process Quality Engineer, you’ll play a key role in p lanning, implementing and maintaining the quality on the shopfloor, h andling daily quality challenges in production to ensure the planned production can be realized.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develope quality documentation to support analysis and improvement of production quality performance, such as FMEA, control plan, flow chart, RCCA, gap/problem troubleshoot, etc.
• Train & guide QC/operator for quality standards, quality tools and working instruction to ensure that they understand and implement properly according to quality requirements
• Supervise and instruct QC/operator in the process of the incoming inspection, in-process inspection and out-going inspection to comply with quality standard requirement
• Work with production & FAC to resolve customer quality complaints and implement improvement actions
• Communicate with headquarter quality team about quality topics and improvement possibilities, make alignment with headquarter quality standard and requirement
• Coordinate calibration of test and measurement facilities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor degree in power electronics or automation control related major, with more than 3 years of manufacturing quality engineering control; experience in multinational company is preferred
• Basic knowledge in power semiconductor device
• Experience in using SPC, FMEA, MSA, control plan, PPAP quality tools and etc.
• Familiar with ISO9001, VDA6.3 etc. quality standards and requirement; experience in UL is preferred
• Good communication skill, team work spirit, cooperative and initiative character is preferred
