PRODUCTION PROCESS TECHNICIAN

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Process Technician to join our team at DONGWHA ELECTROLYTE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Senai Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for all the production process routine such as; chemical sub divide as per Bill of Material (BOM), chemical mixing process, packaging, output inspection, washing and cleaning canister/drums.

• Responsible for raw material drying, dilution and packing.

• Responsible for drum manufacturing.

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and reliable manufacturing processes.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery and systems.

• Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Collaborate with the production team to implement process enhancements.

• Washing and repairing canisters to ensure they are clean and in good working condition.

• Perform rolling and purging of canisters according to the required procedures.

• Inspect the quality drums before and after use to ensure they meet quality and safety requirements.

• Conduct the moisture testing process to verify the required moisture level and product quality.

• Comply with all safety, health and environmental regulations and best practices.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.

• Responsible for maintaining the production instrument and site cleanliness and 5S Practice.

• Any ad-hock task

Requirements :

• Have a minimum qualification at least SPM/STPM/relevant technical certificate or diploma in a relevant field such as engineering or manufacturing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing process.
• Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve production issues.
• Proficient in operating and maintaining a variety of production equipment and machinery.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A team player with the ability to work Independent, fast learner, multitasking and high discipline, committed, motivated, able to work under pressure, positive minded and strong emotion.
• Advantageous for individuals who are ready to be hired.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
• Process own vehicle.
• Required for full-time position.
