What they need
Quality Control Oversight
* Supervise and monitor all stages of precast production including post-pour, curing, and pre-delivery inspections.
* Ensure proper implementation of tagging and traceability procedures.
* Conduct dimensional checks and surface finish inspections.
* Verify compliance with approved shop drawings and specifications.
* Assist in managing non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
* Conduct checking on pour post and pre-delivery checking of the precast component.
* Conduct mold inspection after complete mold change to ensure the mold setting based on shop drawing dimension and within tolerance.
* Conduct rebar inspection with subcontractor before order concrete.
* Supporting daily casting planning and ensure the cast in item, rebar and other materials required for production process flow from rebar caging preparation, Mold change, casting, demolding and panel stacking.
