Production Quality Engineer

Main responsibility of the Production Quality Engineer is to ensure quality in production and satisfaction of customers and company management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Properly define, manage, and coordinate the immediate response in case of new as well as known internal issues.
• Perform and coordinate PDCA-FTA analyses for internal quality issues.
• Conduct product audits and manage the implementation of corrective actions.
• Manage and maintain all quality documentation (control plan, work instructions, records) updated, interconnected, and in compliance with customer requirements.
• Participate in the creation and execution of the quality improvement plan .
• Reduce costs of poor quality in production (“stop scrap” program) without jeopardizing the quality of parts delivered to customers.
• Apply quality concepts, tools, and standards within the production team and manufacturing processes.
• Prepare production for process, system, and customer audits from a quality perspective and manage corrective actions in case of nonconformities related to quality.

Personal requirements and skills

• Knowledge and experience with quality tools
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant (automotive or electronics industry)
• Practical knowledge of quality techniques and standards (PPAP, APQP, PDCA-FTA, ISO 9001 / IATF 16949)
• Good communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel independently on business trips abroad

Salary conditions (gross)

From 1,600 EUR/month , depending on the candidate’s experience.
