***Fresh graduates or diploma holders fromFood Science, F&B Technology, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or other relevant courses*.
* Responsible for maintaining and organizing all production records and documentation for HACCP, ISO, DOSH, MOE and internal audits.
* Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and administrative skills.
* Familiar with basic computer applications (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
* Able to work closely with production and QA teams to ensure proper documentation compliance.
