Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production targets with adherence to quality standards.
• Identify and implement solutions to long-term production issues.
• Develop, research, and improve operational systems for greater efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth operations and standard adherence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial fields.
• 3+ years of experience in a production supervisory role.
• Understanding of production processes, including varnish bathing and cartoning.
• Proficiency in production planning, data monitoring, and reporting.
