Production Senior Supervisor

About the role

Pricon Microelectronics Inc. is seeking a Production Senior Supervisor to join our manufacturing operations in Cabuyao City, Laguna. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing production activities and ensuring operational excellence across our manufacturing facility. As Production Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading production teams, maintaining quality standards, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and coordinate with multiple production teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules

• Monitor production metrics, output targets and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

• Ensure strict compliance with quality control standards, safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout all production processes

• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance oversight to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency

• Train, mentor and supervise production staff, including junior supervisors and operators, to develop their skills and ensure consistent performance

• Investigate production issues, troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies

• Maintain detailed production records and reports, communicating progress and challenges to senior management

• Promote a positive workplace culture that prioritizes safety, teamwork and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of production supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment

• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling and inventory management principles

• Solid understanding of quality control standards and the ability to implement and maintain quality assurance processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate and develop team members effectively

• Problem-solving capability with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Familiarity with microelectronics or precision manufacturing processes is highly desirable

• Proficiency in using production management software and systems

• Leadership certification or formal training in supervisory management is preferred

• Ability to work flexible shifts and respond to production demands as required
