About the role

In this Production Service Engineer role, you will play a key part in controlling and overseeing the department's quality documentation system to ensure compliance with QMS, GMP, and relevant international standards. You will collaborate with the Head of Production Service to plan, procure, and maintain equipment, tools, and machinery on the production line, ensuring their continuous readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Control and oversee the department's quality documentation system to ensure compliance with QMS, GMP, and relevant international standards
• Collaborate with the Head of Production Service to plan, procure, and maintain equipment, tools, and machinery on the production line
• Ensure continuous readiness of equipment, tools, and machinery
• Contribute to innovating and developing auxiliary equipment to maximize production efficiency
• Oversee tool calibration
• Resolve issues related to all production line machinery within the factory
• Set a good example in safety, occupational health, and the working environment
• Adhere to established regulations regarding safety and occupational health
